THE PURPOSE OF THE FOUNDATION IS TO RAISE FUNDS TO PROVIDE ADVANCEMENT OPPORTUNITIES, SCHOLARSHIPS, AND CAREERS FOR STUDENTS AND INDIVIDUALS PURSUING DEGREES IN FIELDS RELATED TO CONSTRUCTION AND CONTRACTING.
