Friends of the Library Friends Foundation FRIENDS OF THE LIBRARYDouglas County Minnesota Welcome to our newly created Douglas County Friends of the Library Website which will provide visitors easy access to our programs events and details on how we live out our Mission To support and promote the Douglas County Library. Organized in 1982 with just 36 members we are celebrating 35 years of partnering with our Library to enhance what we provide the citizens of Douglas County. Today our 313 Friends member units are the key to our successful fundraising efforts and I encourage you to become a member today.
