Southern Alleghenies EMS Councils mission is to plan, develop, maintain, expand and improve emergency medical service (EMS) systems in the Pennsylvania counties of Bedford, Blair Cambria Fulton, Huntingdon and Somerset and to coordinate those systems into a regional EMS system.
