APH is a community-based harm reduction program that has addressed the spread of HIV/AIDS and Hep C in low income and minority areas of Brooklyn and Queens. After Hours Project (AHP) is a 501 (c) 3 not-for-profit organization whose mission is provide injecting drug users, sex workers and the homeless with safe injection equipment and educate them on current information on HIV/AIDS, TB, hepatitis, overdose,STDs, risk reduction strategies and safer sex practices and refer them to needed services such as health care, housing, shelter, HIV testing, drug treatment and social services.
