When he crosses the stage at the St. Luke’s School of Nursing Commencement ceremony on April 10, Victor Liu will be pinned with the official nursing emblem by longtime St. Luke’s nurse Judy Keller. The two formed a unique bond when Liu arrived in the Lehigh Valley in 2016 after making his way from China to start a new life in the United States.
