The Dimmick Memorial Library serves as an evolving creative space and focal point for patrons, visitors, and knowledge seekers. We maximize technology to ensure increasing accessibility to holdings diverse in content and format to broaden horizons, while preserving & deepening our connection to local history, while also enriching our knowledge of life beyond municipal boundaries. We now have 2 locations: the main library in downtown Jim Thorpe & Penn Kidder Library in Albrightsville. We offer Free Wi-Fi, In-house public computer use, Copy/fax/printing services, Story-time, STEAM activities & other programming, Genealogical research services & resources, Reader’s Advisory services, online databases for research, education & job resources.
