Born in 1985, the Clark Fork Coalition protects and restores our communities' most precious resource – clean and abundant water – and the humans and wildlife who depend on it. Founded in 1985, the Clark Fork Coalition is dedicated to protecting and restoring the Clark Fork River basin, a 22,000-square-mile area draining western Montana and northern Idaho. Our work is science-based and results-oriented, with an emphasis on public education through energetic advocacy. We believe that the health of our rivers and the health of our communities are inextricably tied.

Clark Fork River Cleanup 2025 Our team joined the annual Clark Fork River Cleanup, organized by the Clark Fork Coalition. We spent the morning picking up trash along the river to help protect this vital resource and keep our community clean. Huge thanks to the CFC for bringing people together and leading the charge in caring for the river that connects us all.
