The Conservation Angler is a wild steelhead and salmon advocacy organization fighting to protect wild fish and the iconic fisheries that wild fish provide. The Conservation Angler is an organization founded by passionate anglers whose mission is to protect and conserve wild rivers, wild fish and the fisheries. Wild Salmon Rivers and The Conservation Angler (a wholly owned dba subsidiary) is a nonprofit organization whose purpose is to conserve functioning salmon ecosystems at the watershed level. TCA integrates angling activities with basic scientific research, monitoring and water basin conservation of flora and fauna through volunteer angler people-power whose participation supports research, monitoring and conservation efforts from Kamchatka, Russia to the Pacific Northwest Coast in order to protect, conserve and restore wild steelhead and salmon and their home rivers.

The Conservation Angler Protecting wild fish for future generations The Conservation Angler fights for the protection of wild Pacific anadromous fish populations throughout the Northwest all the way to Russias Kamchatka Peninsula. We rely on the best available science to guide our efforts. Wed rather make friends than enemiesbut were not afraid to stand our ground and raise our voice to ensure the wellbeing of wild fish populations that have no voice of their own. At our core we are a watchdog.
