Earlier this year, we were approached for help with sustaining healthcare in Laporte, PA. Our team acted quickly in collaboration with community leaders to avoid the loss of a key health resource. The former Sullivan County Medical Center and Sullivan County Dental Center will transition to Laurel Health's ownership and integrate to become one unified health and dental center named the Sullivan County Laurel Health Center, located at 217 King Street in Laporte, PA.
