Camia Tonge is an inspiring leader at AMC! Originally from Antigua, Camia grew up around animals, which led her to pursue a career in veterinary medicine. After becoming a licensed veterinary technician, Camia achieved a groundbreaking accomplishment as one of the first people in the tri-state area to receive a veterinary technician specialist (VTS) license in Small Animal Internal Medicine (SAIM)! We are incredibly fortunate to have Camia's leadership at AMC, where she is passionate about promoting career paths in veterinary medicine and empowering younger generations to achieve their goals. 🥳 Huge congratulations to AMC's Dr. Chanel Berns and Dr. Frank Tsai for passing their board certification exams! Dr. Tsai just completed his residency at AMC, and we are excited he is continuing as a Senior Veterinarian in our Integrative & Rehabilitative Medicine Service. We also recently welcomed Dr. Berns to our Surgery Service following her residency at Texas A&M University.
