Empowering Creative Expression and Promoting Writing Excellence. Podium’s mission is to provide under-served youth ages 10-19 with the skills to become confident and capable writers and communicators in school, career, and life. Programs increase youth self-esteem and strengthen the cooperative talents and skills they use in transition to college and the professional world. Programs are organized into 3 tiers: 1) Foundational Education, 2) Crafting Your Inner Communicator, and 3) Understanding Your Professional Self.
