Mulligan’s Manor – Behavioral Health Service MULLIGANS MANOR FOSTER NURTURE EMPOWER A note to our community Mulligans Manor is proud to have provided a foster home for numerous Arizona Department of Child Safetys LGBTQ youth over the years. As of the last quarter of 2024 Arizona has classified all group and foster homes as LGBTQ inclusive. Due to this change which disallows Mulligans from specifying care for a select demographic Mulligans Manor is no longer able to operate under our mission statement to be a safe caring home catered to LGBTQ youth. Mulligans will continue to support Arizonas DCS LGBTQ youth through behavioral health groups providing a safe and supportive space for them.
