TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO INDIVIDUALS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR EDUCATIONAL AND SCIENTIFIC PURPOSES IN ORDER TO ADVANCE SCIENCE TO BENEFIT THE HEALTH AND WELFARE OF ANIMALS.
