Our Mission To help achieve that vision HIF supports innovative solutions in the delivery of health wellness and social services to help address social determinants of health and to improve life expectancy. Our Values Innovation Integrated SolutionsOriented We believe that creativity generates solutions. We support both traditional and innovative solutions to health and wellness challenges concepts to test best practices to implement efficiencies to execute equipment to employ and successes to replicate.

CCACC is calling on vendors and volunteers to participate in their 2025 Health Fair that will be held on Saturday, October 11, 2025. This event includes health seminars, health screenings, consultation services and exhibits from Federal and local government agencies, community service providers, and health-related organizations.
