We're proud to share that the 37th Annual Developmental Disabilities Day (DDDay) Conference, hosted by the Developmental Disabilities Alliance of WNY (DDAWNY), awarded our very own Rick Banner, Director of Day Services, with the 2025 Family/Caregiver/Advocate Award for his incredible contributions to the IDD community. Rick has spent more than four decades championing person-centered practices, supporting people to advocate for themselves & helping shape inclusive communities.
