Marquand Park Foundation
Marquand Park and Arboretum is a 17-acre historic preserve of trees and woodlands that offers a variety of recreational and educational experiences in the center of Princeton. The corporation is formed exclusively for charitable, cultural, educational and scientific purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the corporation is organized and shall be operated primarily to provide stewardship and related support to the Marquand Park in Princeton, NJ.
