Life Start, Inc.'s mission is to provide homes, permanency and guidance for children who might otherwise be residing in group homes or residential facilities due to developmental disabilities and/or medically fragile conditions. Life Start, Inc.'s philosophy is that all children have the right to live in homes where they are loved, guided and nurtured. We at Life Start are dedicated to a professionally developed and maintained quality cot effective program which is child centered, family based and time limited with specific goals and outcomes; and to recruit, train and support qualified foster parents to promote the belief "Today's Child: Tomorrow's Future".
