North East Arts Council | Bringing the arts to North East, PA for over 20 years. North East Arts Council Bringing the arts to North East PA for over 20 years. Home Since 1991 the North East Arts Council has presented artistic and cultural programs throughout the year to engage its members area artists and the public who live nearby or visit the region as part of the lake shore tourism. Programming has included weekly summer Picnic in the Park events featuring entertainment and childrens crafts sponsoring a yearly youth theater camp photography contests gallery nights featuring regional artists monthly art club for children adult and childrens classes for experienced or inexperienced artists art auctions helping to bring the Erie Philharmonic to our town and a celebration of North Easts own Ish Kabibble. The council also works to help promote the local arts and artists.
