The Lee County Medical Society (LCMS) exists to unite the physicians of Lee County, Florida Look for your Doctor's Office, holiday closings, openings, or emergency responses here. THE PURPOSE OF THE LCMS IS TO UNITE THE MEDICAL PROFESSION OF LEE COUNTY, FL, INTO ONE COMPACT ORGANIZATION; EXTEND MEDICAL KNOWLEDGE AND ADVANCE MEDICAL SCIENCE; ELEVATE THE STANDARDS OF MEDICAL EDUCATION; STRIVE FOR THE ENACTMENT, PRESERVATION AND ENFORCEMENT OF JUST MEDICAL AND PUBLIC HEALTH LAWS; PROMOTE FRIENDLY RELATIONS AMONG DOCTORS OF MEDICINE AND GUARD AND FOSTER THEIR LEGITIMATE INTERESTS; ENLIGHTEN AND ALERT THE PUBLIC; AND MERIT ITS RESPECT AND CONFIDENCE.
