TIMELINE APRIL 8 2009 Washington State Governor Christine Gregoire signs legislation enacting and guaranteeing confidentiality for all first responders seeking help for personal professional matters. 20102011 Due to the rapid demand for services and the opportunity to help first responders Safe Call Now launches its national program. 20112012 Safe Call Now establishes a formal partnership with the FBINAA as a result of first responder substance abuse rates and loss of life from suicides around the country.
