The Wheaton Lions hosted Betsy Adamowski, Executive Library Director, Wheaton Public Library, at our meeting this past week. Betsy shared the Library's Annual Report and talked about what is happening at the library. She also talked about the benefit the library provides to the community and recent successes. Lions International was founded in Chicago Illinois in 1917 by insurance agent Melvin Jones and others. Lions Clubs International has ever since offered business and professional people a way of sharing their success by helping those less fortunate than themselves. Lions International is the largest service club organization in the world.
