On July 15, 2016 Leonardas Home Of Hope (LHOH) completed its merger with the Carolina Honduras Health Foundation. The LHOH Board of Directors in November 2015 approved the merger of assets and programs previously sponsored by LHOH with those being offered by the Carolina Honduras Health Foundation (CHHF).
