Urban League Young Professionals of Greater Southwestern Ohio Announces 8th Annual AFFIRMED: Creating Legacies of Excellence – YP Honors Brunch and Awards Ms. Ebony J Wynn , widely known as “The Host That Does the Most,” is a celebrated entrepreneur, educator, and media trailblazer. She is the visionary founder of the Ebony J Media Learning Center, the first Black-owned media school in Cincinnati, where she empowers individuals, businesses, and organizations through specialized training in DJing, podcasting, music recording, and marketing. With over 15 years of experience, Ebony J has worked with national platforms like TV One and influential organizations including the Urban League of Southern Ohio, Hamilton County, and Cincinnati Public Schools. After graduating from college, she launched her media career at Radio One, where she quickly rose to prominence as a producer and host for stations like 101.1 The WIZ and 100.3 R&B Cincy. Her reputation as a trusted coach to CEOs, artists, and podcasters is built on her creativity, strategic insight, and unmatched ability to connect the dots in media and marketing. Through her company, Ebony J Media, she has developed transformative programs like Media Coins Academy, designed to help entrepreneurs build six-figure brands using strategic media and marketing techniques. Her dedication to uplifting women and youth is evident in her signature initiatives, including the I Am Queen Awards and the I Am Queen Program. Whether leading workshops, mentoring young professionals, or hosting major events, Ebony J continues to expand her influence and impact. A proud member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. and the Greater Cincinnati Black Journalist Association, she leads with a mission to educate, elevate, and empower the next generation of leaders through purpose-driven media—leaving a legacy of leadership, service, and unwavering community love.
