EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2014, THE FINANCIAL RESULTS OF THE ORGANIZATION WILL BE CONSOLIDATED WITH THOSE OF NEW YORK FOUNDLING HOSPITAL, A RELATED 50l(C)(3) PUBLIC CHARITY, AS THIS REPORTING ORGANIZATION WILL NO LONGER EXIST.
