Austin Kappa Education and Leadership Foundation
The Foundation is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and the Regulations issued pursuant thereto, as amended. The purpose for which the Foundation is formed is to assist in and aid the public welfare of the community, especially young people, with the idea of helping to foster the desire for higher education and achievement in young people; award scholarships; to serve as mentors; and to promote social, educational, and recreational activities among our members and the community; and to conduct programs and projects consistent with the goals and objectives of the Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. Guide Right initiative.
