Home Cement Concrete Workers Training and Education Fund Our Instructors undergo yearly training to attain ANSI certification to assure the best possible result from the classes that we provide. They are supported in all their accreditation and curriculum needs by LIUNA Training. The constant striving to be the best in the country is reflected in the variety of classes we do to maintain our jurisdictional demands. The Cement and Concrete Workers District Council offers its members and contractors the training and support needed in the most demanding high rise construction market in the country.
