PVP supports grassroots leadership and builds power for racial and economic justice in the 413. TO RELIEVE CONDITIONS OF POVERTY, RACISM, DISCRIMINATION, DEPENDENCY, UNEMPLOYMENT, AND UNDEREMPLOYMENT IN THE GREATER SPRINGFIELD AREA, ALSO TO PROMOTE JUST ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT.
