The purpose and mission of Siskiyou Trap, Alter and Release Program (STAR) is to humanely reduce the number of feral and community cats through TNR. Preventing overpopulation of community cats helps improve the quality of life for the cats, wildlife, and people in the community. TNR also reduces cat and kitten shelter intakes.
