Community Care Services is a private, non-profit agency with a mission to maximize the potential in all of us. The agency provides comprehensive services to individuals and families in the areas of behavioral health, emergency shelter and homeless prevention, intensive fostercare and adoption, adolescent residential, alternative schooling, early childhood and special education consultation, adult day health, and specialized transportation. These services support youth, adults and elders throughout Southeastern Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut. Services help them to discover, restore and protect their diverse gifts and unique abilities. Community Care Services positively impacts the quality of life for underserved populations, empowering them to achieve outcomes of independence, emotional wellness, and social connection.
