Scholarships for Illinois Residents, Inc. Scholarships for Illinois Residents Inc. Welcome Scholarships for Illinois Residents Inc. SIRI offers the Lincoln Award a meritbased fullride scholarship for 13 exceptional Illinois residents applying to Trinity College in Hartford Connecticut each year. The Lincoln Award is offered for four years of study and includes full tuition room and board and a summer internship stipend.
