The Childrens Museum in West Hartford The Childrens Museums mission is to provoke lifelong experiential learning and innovation among children adults and their communities. We do this by offering handson fun with science and nature for younger children their caregivers community organizations and schools. At the Museum and in classrooms throughout Connecticut and beyond we encourage children to become creative thinkers and lifelong learners. Children engage in our interactive demonstrations workshops multisensory exhibits wildlife sanctuary and other special events.
