The purpose of KAMP is to understand and improve the management and use of geospatial information in Kentucky and to provide dialogue and education regarding geospatial data issues and usage to all Kentucky professionals involved in geospatial information TO FOSTER THE UNDERSTANDING AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE MANAGEMENT AND USE OF GEOSPATIAL INFORMATION THROUGHOUT THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY IN ALL LEVELS OF GOVERNMENT, ACADEMIA AND THE PRIVATE SECTOR. TO PROVIDE A MECHANISM FOR DIALOGUE AND EDUCATION REGARDING GEOSPATIAL INFORMATION ISSUES OF CONCERN OR INTEREST TO ALL KENTUCKY PROFESSIONALS INVOLVED IN THE COLLECTION, PROCESSING, ANALYSIS, USE AND MAINTENANCE OF GEOSPATIAL INFORMATION.

🎓 Meet Rebekah – A Past Scholarship Recipient Who's Paying It Forward 🎓 When Rebekah received the KAMP Scholarship she was already deep into her college journey, a time when financial aid is harder to come by but just as crucial. "This scholarship was unique in that I received it while in college. There are a plethora of scholarships available as a high school student entering college, but much fewer when you are already in your program," she shared.
