Kula for Karma provides mindfulness-based mental healthcare for our post-pandemic world. As innovative leaders in the mental and behavioral health arenas, Kula for Karma helps people in marginalized and underserved communities, as well as first responders, develop skills for cultivating inner resources and resilience in the face of stress, crisis, addiction, and trauma. We use restorative yoga, guided meditation, breath work and other mindfulness practices to teach children, teens and adults how to regulate emotions, balance the nervous system, identify and address trauma in their bodies, and change their lives for the better.
