NHCO is a community based organization addressing the needs of people in crisis, hardship & poverty. Access to reliable, affordable transportation is a major hurdle in the Pittsburgh area, especially for low-income families. This program helps these families obtain or maintain employment and tend to their families' needs by providing safe, reliable cars at a very low cost to them.
