Here is my costume for the Daytimers Book Group discussion of "Broken Light," by Joanne Harris. I am dressed as the main character, Bernie Ingram. She has been taking steps to improve her life and her experience at the class reunion she feels obligated to attend. While her husband has already headed north to help out with the reunion, she's at home on her own for the first time.
