GRANTS FROM THE FOUNDATION TO FRIENDS OF THE CHILDREN - PORTLAND HELP TO SUPPORT ANNUAL OPERATIONS. THE FOUNDATION RAISES PRIVATE DONATIONS, AND MANAGES INVESTMENTS AND A SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM FOR FRIENDS OF THE CHILDREN - PORTLAND.
