CY is excited to announce that we are combining our choirs into one incredible mixed-voice choir, the Commonwealth Youth Choir and partnering w/ the Philadelphia Boys & Girls Choirs! If you want to sing with us, there are now 3 options for you! Commonwealth Youthchoirs (CY) was founded in 2001 with a simple yet powerful mission: to transform young lives through the power of making music…one song at a time. We are dedicated to nurturing each child's journey to becoming the best version of themselves through the transformative power of music. As young musicians grow and develop, they discover their own voice in the world, unlocking limitless potential.
