Community Living Corp Community Living Corporation CLC Community Living Corporation CLC is a notforprofit organization founded in 1990 with the mission of providing Residential and Day Habilitation services to adults with developmental disabilities and dual diagnoses in Northern Westchester County. CLC currently operates 39 distinct residential sites offering care and support to approximately 150 adults. Each of our residential sites is individually licensed and regulated by the New York State Office For People with Developmental Disabilities NYSOPWDD ensuring the highest standards and care for our residents. In addition to our residential services CLC offers a modern Communitybased Without walls Day Habilitation Program serving both Westchester and Orange counties.
