Mere Christianity Forum (MCF) was established in the fall of 2000 by Shawn Plunkett and James Granberry. Initially, it began as a book discussion group focusing on works like C.S. Lewis's Mere Christianity and evolved into a recognized campus organization in 2001. By 2003, MCF became a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit and launched Vista House, an intentional Christian community for students.
Activities
MCF engages in several activities that support its mission:

- Intentional Christian Community: Vista House provides a residential setting for students to live and explore their faith together.
