Delaware Valley Old Goat Club Welcome The Delaware Valley Old Goat Club is an officially chartered affiliate chapter of the GTO Association of America abiding by its constitution and bylaws. Membership is open to GTOAA members owning or interested in owning Pontiac GTOs Tempests LeMans or GT37s. See our membership page for more information on club membership. We were chartered as a GTOAA chapter in 1993 and recognized as Chapter of the Year in 2004.
