Our Springboard, Forest K, and Clubhouse friends went to visit the Mass Audubon in Topsfield a couple weeks ago to take a tour of their Maple Sugaring Program. They got to see the process from start to finish of how maple syrup is made. Along the way they discovered tricks on how to identify maple trees and when is the best time to tap the trees.
