TO ASSIST PARENTS IN DEVELOPING THE SKILLS THEY NEED TO RAISE AND PROTECT THEIR CHILDREN. TO ENCOURAGE PARENT AND PUBLIC INVOLVEMENT IN THE PUBLIC SCHOOLS OF THIS NATION.
