Issaquah Community Emergency Response Team CERT The CERT program educates community members like you how to prepare and respond when a major event happens by training people in basic disaster preparedness and response skills to take care of themselves their family their neighborhood and the community. Site Search Registration for the 2025 Spring CERT training is now open and will have two options. The first option is a fourweek course with two units each week on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. This course will start on March 18 and will be at Issaquah Public Works Operations PWO.
