Home - Quivira Council Strengthening Youth Through Scouting Welcome to Scouting. Cub Scouts Cub Scouts lets kids have fun while teaching them skills that will help them later on. With a program expertly tailored to match each age in a young childs life Cub Scouts learn that even when fun isnt easy its always an adventure. Scouts BSA Scouts BSA is the traditional Scouting experience for youth in the fifth grade through high school.
