The Easton area has another Italian go-to spot in LoRusso’s Italian Restaurant !🎉 Owner Jack Randazzo opened the restaurant at the end of January in Palmer Township on Van Buren Road in the space formally occupied by Dolce la Vita. Named in honor of his wife, LoRusso's offers a large menu of Italian dishes, from appetizers like fried calamari and bruschetta to entrees of marsala, piccata, and many other pasta dishes, sandwiches, and more. 🍝 Rising Tide Community Loan Fund recently supported Randazzo with a $75,000 loan for equipment, inventory, and working capital to get the restaurant up and running.
