TO PROVIDE AN OPPORTUNITY FOR INDIVIDUALS AND THEIR FAMILIES TO LEARN ABOUT A LARGER WORLD, TO MAKE DECISIONS ABOUT HOW THEY CHOOSE TO EXPERIENCE LIFE, AND TO BECOME AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE COMMUNITY. THROUGH A PERSON CENTERED PLANNING PROCESS, COMPREHENSIVE SUPPORTS COORDINATION, BEST PRACTICE TREATMENTS, AND REHABILITATIVE APPROACHES, INDIVIDUALS WILL LEARN, GROW, AND ENJOY A VARIETY OF NEW EXPERIENCES, RELATIONSHIPS, AND ACTIVITY. BY PROVIDING NEEDED SUPPORTS, INDIVIDUALS HAVE THE ABILITY TO CREATE INDEPENDENT AND MEANINGFUL EVERYDAY LIVES.
