Shining Stars Therapeutic Riding, Inc. is organized and incorporated to provide proven principles of equine therapy from instructors trained by The Pennsylvania Council on Therapeutic Horsemanship (PACTH) for the purpose of serving primarily (but not limited to) special needs children in the community. Our mission is to provide therapeutic horsemanship programs to children, adults, and families with special needs in order to improve physical, mental, emotional, and social areas of their lives.
