Weston United Weston United Rebuilding Lives Strengthening Communities Weston United is dedicated to serving New York Citys most vulnerable residents including those struggling with homelessness mental illness and substance abuse. We provide emergency shelter transitional and permanent supported housing and case management services to help New Yorkers live more independently and manage their health effectively. Weston United is now affiliated with The Bridge The Bridge founded in 1954 changes lives by providing help hope and opportunity to the most vulnerable in New York City. In 2016 the Harlembased Weston United became an affiliate of The Bridge together we offer a comprehensive range of services to ensure that the 2700 men and women who come to us for help each year receive the assistance they need to lead stable healthy and productive lives.
