To develop and maintain an emergency communications infrastructure and personnel trained as first responders in emergency communications, radiological dosimetry, monitoring and decontamination procedures in service to the people, government and other organizations in Putnam County, NY. To recruit, educate and train amateur radio operators, promoting a technical fraternity in service to the community and to each other.
