Our Mission Statement Language of the Soul is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting literary arts in San Luis Obispo County. Established in 1984 it hosts various events including the renowned San Luis Obispo Poetry Festival and the monthly Corners of the Mouth poetry readings at Linnaeas Cafe.
